A Method of Winding Fault Classification in Transformer Based on Moving Window Calculation and Support Vector Machine

Winding fault is one of the most common types of transformer faults. The frequency response method is a common diagnosis method for winding fault detection. In order to improve the feature extraction ability of the frequency response curve before and after the winding fault, this paper proposes a winding fault feature extraction method based on the moving window algorithm to improve the Euclidean distance and correlation coefficient and uses a support vector machine to diagnose winding fault. “Moving window meter algorithm” refers to the fixed moving window width and window moving interval, scanning the entire frequency response curve from the initial point to the end point of the frequency response curve, using the correlation coefficient (CC) and Euclidean distance (ED) to calculate the mathematical index of each window. The mathematical index of each window is used as the characteristic quantity of fault type classification. Finally, the grid search algorithm is used to optimize the support vector machine to classify and identify the type of winding fault. At the same time, the standard support vector machine s(SVM) and back propagation neural network algorithm (BPNN) are compared with the support vector machine optimized by the grid search method to diagnose the fault type. The research shows that the improved correlation coefficient and Euclidean distance using the moving window algorithm are more sensitive to winding faults than the traditional calculation methods. The combination of the two calculation methods makes up for the shortcomings of their respective methods. The fault features obtained meet the requirements of the support vector machine for fault diagnosis, and the grid search method-optimized support vector machine classification algorithm has a good classification and recognition effect on the identification of fault types. The effectiveness and superiority of this method are further illustrated.

Detrital Zircon U-Pb Geochronology and Its Provenance Implications on Silurian Tarim Basin

生物多样性公约将基于生态系统的适应(Ecosystem-BasedAdaptation)(简称EBA)定义为:在总体适应战略中,利用生物多样性和生态系统服务,帮助人类适应气候变化的不利影响。随着气候变化对当今社会可持续性的影响不断增加,EBA正在成为国际社会适应气候变化的政策和行动支柱之一。介绍国际上EBA概念的历史由来、相关定义与特点进行,阐述了EBA的应用原则和相关分析工具,简要分析总结了国际上实施EBA项目取得的经验教训。

The Online Calibration System for Transformers Based on Hybrid Convolution Window Technology

For the problems that cannot be solved by electronic voltage transformer online calibration, This paper designs a live calibration system with simple operation, high accuracy and flexibility. The use of a standard voltage transformer and a diamond-shaped automatic lifting device to obtain the primary voltage signal, And the voltage is divided by the voltage divider composed of SF6 cylindrical capacitor and precision NPO capacitor to complete the verification, The influences of overvoltage, gas leakage and temperature on the measurement accuracy of standard voltage transformers are analyzed, and it is judged whether they meet the requirements of system accuracy. A four-spectrum line interpolation algorithm based on trapezoidal self-convolution window is designed. This algorithm not only has better side lobe characteristics, but also has better main lobe characteristics than classic triangular windows. The four-spectrum line interpolation algorithm based on the trapezoidal self-convolution window greatly improves the accuracy of data processing. This paper uses the cooperation of virtual instrument LabVIEW and PC to realize the four-spectrum interpolation algorithm of trapezoidal self-convolution window. It is easy to operate, shortens the verification cycle, saves development costs, and has good human-computer interaction and scalability.

Experimental research on disturbance waveform characteristics of secondary side signal port of electronic voltage transformer under the operation of GIS isolating switch (CICED2022)

The electronic voltage transformer (EVT), which has been widely used in smart substations, exposes serious electromagnetic compatibility problems under the operation of the isolation switch, among which the fault of the collector is the most prominent. In order to analyze the reasons for the failure of the collector, this paper simulates and reproduces the IEC 62271-102-2018 busbar (pipe) section test circuit with very short opening and closing on the 220kV GIS real simulation test platform. And more than 200 times of isolation switch pull test and port disturbance waveform measurement were carried out for 5 EVTs. The applicability and difference between the measured waveform and IEC related standards were quantitatively evaluated from the perspective of waveform characteristic parameters, waveform correlation and normalized energy characteristics. The research results show that only the maximum amplitude and intensity of the measured disturbance waveform are higher than the IEC61000-4-18 fast damped oscillatory wave assessment requirements, and the rest of the characteristics have good similarity and equivalence with the standard waveform. The work done in this paper can provide the basis for the port protection and test assessment of EVT acquisition unit under strong transient electromagnetic disturbance.

内蒙拜仁达坝超大型Ag-Pb-Zn多金属矿床中针硫锑铅矿的发现与成因意义

在内蒙拜仁达坝超大型Ag-Pb-Zn多金属矿床中,产出针硫锑铅矿。与其共生的金属矿物主要为方铅矿、银黝铜矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿、块硫锑铅矿等。针硫锑铅矿呈长柱状、针状、毛发状、束状和不规则状等,粒度变化较大,一般为0.05～4mm,最大可达12mm。反光显微镜下为灰白色,强非均性,显微硬度VHN100g=93.25～127.39kg/mm2（平均111.05kg/mm2）,相当于摩氏硬度3.06～3.40（平均3.24）。矿物主要化学成分质量分数为：Pb52.20%～57.80%（平均54.89%）,Sb22.26%～28.13%（平均26.08%）,S18.65%～19.62%（平均19.01%）,并含有少量的Fe、Cu、Zn、Ag和As等元素。相应的平均化学分子式为（Pb4.91,Cu0.04,Fe0.03,Zn0.01）4.99（Sb3.97,As0.04）4.01S11.00,标准化学式为Pb5Sb4S11。晶体为单斜晶系对称,晶胞参数值a=2.156nm,b=2.349nm,c=0.810nm。矿床中针硫锑铅矿的形成,与成矿温度较低、硫逸度升高以及还原作用密切相关。
