The causes for the problem in connection of levels in Fangezhuang Mine and its effect are analyzed,and the experiences with solving the problem by reform of roadway arrangement and downward mining are introduced,and the result evaluation is presented.
AIM To investigate the breast cancer patients before and after vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) levels and their clinical significance. METHODS Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determination of 64 cases of breast cancer patients before surgery, serum levels of VEGF-C change, while the control group of 30 patients measured serum VEGF-C levels. RESULTS Breast cancer patients a month serum levels of VEGF-C expression compare to preoperative, and its expression level decreased significantly and showed statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Metastasis of breast cancer patients before serum levels of VEGF-C expression tha those without metastasis, showed statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Breast cancer preoperative serum VEGF-C expression was significantly higher than the normal control group, showed statistically significant difference (P<0.01). CONCLUSION VEGF in breast cancer growth and plays an important role in the increase of serum VEGF-C show a more aggressive biological behavior.

This paper analyzes the present situation of ST human resource in Jiangsu Province.By using the methods of the principal component analysis from multidimensional statistic analysis and selecting 8 main ST human resource indexes,this paper evaluates and analyzes the present situation of the 13 cities' ST human resource in Jiangsu Province.The 13 cities are classified into different types by using the clustering analysis.Finally,this paper brings forward the countermeasure on how to make Jiangsu province into an Innovative-oriented province focusing on Jiangsu's ST human resources.
