Study on the Influence Factors of the Success Rate in Electric Information Acquisition System

The electric information acquisition system is a powerful support for smart grid by collecting information from users, and the acquisition success rate is required more than 99%.However, the stable operation of the system depends on the equipment performance, technology selection, mechanism, maintenance and so on.This paper is based on the current situation of the system in a province, analyzed the influence factors like management, the master station, communication and equipment, then the feasible suggestions are given according to the main factors.

FPGA-Based Multi-Wave Pulse High Power Factor Power Supply

This paper presents a design of multi-wave pulse power based on FPGA. The main circuit is made up of step-down transformer, PWM rectifier and filter, step-down chopper, waveform conversion. In order to solve the serious distortion of current of pulse power, three-phase PWM high power factor rectifier circuit is used. The control circuit is EP1C6 development system, with VHDL programming, generates six-way SPWM signal, which are used to control the IGBTs of three-phase PWM circuit; by using PWM double closed-loop system to modulate step-down transformer, the size of the output current can be controlled; waveform conversion circuit is controlled in order to control realize the combination of a variety of waveforms.

Research on optimal operation strategy of load aggregator considering energy data transaction

In the power market, the load aggregator can reasonably allocate resources, but it is difficult for the load aggregator to obtain the detailed data of the user side, which hinders the formulation of operation strategies. The market-oriented transaction of data is an important way to meet data supply and demand, and can promote data interconnection. This paper introduces energy data trading into the operation strategy of load aggregators. First, a load aggregator operation architecture considering energy data transactions is constructed; Secondly, a differentiated data pricing method is developed for power load and photovoltaic output data; Finally, with the goal of maximizing the daily profit of load aggregators, an optimized operation model of load aggregators considering energy data transactions is constructed. The simulation results show that under the scenario of energy data transaction, the load aggregator improves the prediction accuracy of load and PV output through data transaction, thereby effectively reducing the real-time power purchase cost and maximizing the daily profit, thus verifying the effectiveness of this strategy.

Study on Atmospheric Stability and Wake Attenuation Constant of Large Offshore Wind Farm in Yellow Sea

Power generation estimation is one of the key steps in wind farm micro-sitting, and its accuracy is related to the wake decay constant in the wake model. Considering the influence of wind resource distribution in different regions, this study carried out interval optimization for the wake decay constant of offshore wind farms in the Yellow Sea region of China. Given the very small length of the sea surface roughness, atmospheric stability is a critical factor influencing the wake extent and recovery speed of offshore wind farms. WAsP 10 (Wind Atlas Analysis and Application software) simulates the wake of various scenarios, and the selection range of wake attenuation constant is investigated by combining the cases of two offshore wind farms in the Yellow Sea region. The study found that the higher the atmospheric stability, the larger the wake and the lower the wake attenuation coefficient. The Yellow Sea wind farm’s wake error system is between 0.03 and 0.04, and the forecast error can be controlled to within 3%. When simulating the wind farm at Yellow Sea offshore for improving power generation and economic evaluation, it is critical to select the correct value range of wake decay constant.
