Objective: To investigate the gastrointestinal polyps endoscopic forceps in nursing operation. Method: 73 patients undergoing gastrointestinal polyps endoscopic forceps curettage were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases) and control group(30 cases), the observation group received clinical nursing path, and the control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. To compare patients' satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups. Result: All the patients in operation process smoothly, no serious complications, postoperative nursing satisfaction rate; the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion: Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention is the gastrointestinal polyps endoscopic forceps in an important part of therapy, mode of clinical nursing path helps to improve the quality of nursing.
Objective To analyze the common causes of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of ureterocele by ultrasound.Methods The sonograms of 53 ureterocele patients were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were proved by cystoscopic or operative pathology.The patients with well-filled bladders were examined by routine urinary ultrasound.During examination,gain adjustment and multi-plane scan had been done to find the cyst at the ureteral end with regular expansion and contraction,and to obseve its position,size,opening and movement.Color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) could real-time display the urinary jet from ureteric orifice into the cyst.Results There were 53 ureterocele cases in this study including 30 left lesions,17 right lesions,and 6 bilateral lesions.And concomitant abnormalities included 3 cystic stones,3 duplex kidneys,2 renal aplasia,1 solitary kidney combined with megaureter,and 1 horseshoe kidney.In addition,abnormal renal function and urinary infection were found in 21 and 9 patients respectively.2D-ultrasound could directly display the position,shape,size,and movement of ureterocele.CDFI could real-time display the urinary jet of ureteric orifice.Four cases which were missed diagnosed by ultrasonography at the first time got diagnosed by follow-up.And there were 4 additional cases misdiagnosed as prolapse of the ureteral orifice,bladder calculus,ureteral calculus and ovarian cyst respectively.Conclusions Ultrasound is the first-choice imaging modality for ureterocele.Inappropriate instrument setting and insufficient understanding of sonographic appearance of ureterocele are the primary causes for missed diagnosis and misdiagnosing.The missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of this disease could be reduced by proper adjustment,real time observation,and sufficient knowledge of this and related disease.
Objective Understand the level of children′s blood lead and cadmium,as well as their influencing factors in Baoji.Methods Select 318 children in our hospital from April to September of 2008,devide them into three groups including infant,preschool and school-age,and collect their blood of finger,use multi-channel BH2100 atomic absorption spectrometry to measure the level of lead and cadmium in blood.Results The average level of children′s blood lead in 318 cases is 52.8 μg/L,the average level of blood cadmium is 0.616 μg/L.There is no obvious difference(P0.05) of children blood lead and cadmium level in different sex,there is obvious difference(P0.05) of blood lead content in different age,and no obvious difference(P0.05) of cadmium content in different age.Children of blood lead levels≥100ug/L have 35 cases,about 11.0% in the total investigated number.Conclusion The prevalence of children′s blood lead level and lead poisoning in baoji city is higher; and the level of children′s blood cadmium is normal.We should continue to pay attention to children′s blood lead and cadmium levels in this region.
