was detected in the final hot rolled sheet. At the beginning of annealing at 350 °C, the cube component {001} got a sharp increase. TEM results show that the growth of both number and size of precipitation appears to inhibit the advantage of Cube orientation {001} notably after annealing at 350 °C for 15 min. Finally, it comes out to be a random distributed orientation by full recrystallization.
A rapid, simple and sensitive method for the determination of aminophylline (Amin) using sodium 1, 2-naphthoquine-4-sulfonate (NQS) and tetradecyl benzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (Zeph) is established in this paper. The method is based on the russety product formed from Amin, NQS and Zeph in a buffer solution of pH 13.00, and the stoichiometric ratio of the product is 1:2:2. Beer's law is obeyed in a range of 0.73-55 μg•mL^(-1) of Amin at the maximum absorption of 455 nm (e=4.97×10^3 L•mol^(-1)cm^(-1)). The linear regression equation of the calibration graph is A=0.258 41+0.049 7C, with a linear regression correlation coefficient of 0.995 6. The detection limit is 0.7 μg•mL^(-1), R. S. D. 1.1% and average recovery rateis in range of 96.5%-103%. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of Amin in pharmaceutical samples.
