Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional brain tumor detection, in this paper, a combination of multimodal information fusion and convolution neural network detection method of brain tumors, we call it a Multi-CNNs. First, this paper uses the extension of the 2D-CNNs to multimodal 3D-CNNs, and can obtain brain lesions under different modal characteristics of three-dimensional space. It can solve the 2D-CNNs raw input requires large neighborhood of faults, at the same time better to extract the modal of the differences between information. Then the real normalization layer is added between the convolution layers and pooling layer to improve the convergence speeds of the network and alleviate the problem of overfitting. In the end, the loss function was improved, and the weighted loss function was used to enhance the feature learning of the lesion area. The experimental results showed that the brain tumor detection method proposed in this paper could effectively locate tumor lesions, and better results were obtained in correlation coefficient, sensitivity, and specificity. Compared with two-dimensional detection network and single mode brain tumor detection methods, the detection accuracy is significantly improved.
Objective To study the clinical and imaging features of Ulcerative Colitis(UC).Methods The clinical, imagins, colonoscopy and pathological data of 35 cases of UC were studied retrospectively.Resuits 35 cases' lesions were located at the left colon,12 cage6 of mucosal thickening disorder,9 cases ofdouble taxation,13 cases of intestinal deformed,16 cases of inflammatory polyps. Conclusion Combination of clinical,X-ray air-barium double contrast radiography and endoscopy,UC can be diagnosed.

Chemotherapy is one of the main methods to treat malignant tumors in clinical practice. Resistance to antineoplastic agents is one of the important reasons for treatment failure. The antineoplastic mechanism of various chemotherapeutic agents is to cause DNA damage, then result in apoptosis of tumor cells. It is suggested that the function of DNA repair is directly associated with the efficacy of antineoplastic agents. Current studies suggest that there are four major DNA repair pathways including BER (base excision repair), NER (nucleotide excision repair), MMR (mismatch repair) and DSBR (double strand break repair). Of these four pathways, BER is one of the main mechanisms of DNA repair and its malfunction is closely related to the resistance to antineoplastic agents. Recently, many kinds of agents and strategies targeting BER have been developed to reverse chemoresistance. This review summarizes the progress in research in this area and discusses the mechanism of resistance to antineoplastic agents and the potential preventive and therapeutic strategies. Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and directing significance in treatment of MSCT, MPR reconstruct for the lesion in central airway. Methods MSCT was performed on 9 patients with lesion in central airway. The images were reconstructed with MPR on the workstation, then the axial images and the reconstruction images were compared and analyzed. Results MPR reconstruct can reveal explicity the structure of central airway, postion and size of lesion, degree of lumen narrow, truncation, proliferation of trachea and change of exterior central airway. Afert the analysis for 6 cases of tumor in the central airway and 3 cases of Foreign body in trachea. Conclusions Spiral CT, MPR can evaluate the relation of anatomy and pathology for central airway, it is a useful techniquer for diagnosis and differentialdiagnosis for the lesion in the central airway, moreover it can guide the treatment.
