Objective To study the expression of insulin like growth factor binding proteins 3( IGFBP-3) during inhibition of resveratrol( Res) on cell proliferation. Methods The inhibitory effect of Res on BGC-823 cells was determined by MTT method; Real-time qRT-PCR and western blot were applied to detect the expression of IGFBP-3 in Res-treated BGC-823 cells. In addition,cytometry was used to determine the proliferation and apoptosis of Res-treated BGC-823 after knockdown of IGFBP-3 by siRNA. Results Upon Res( 20,40,80 and 160 μmol · L- 1) treatment,the viability of BGC-823 cells was( 82. 35 ± 10. 65) %,( 74. 30 ± 12. 36) %,( 62. 80 ± 14. 66) % and( 50. 75 ± 11. 14) %,respectively. The mRNA and protein expression of IGFBP-3 elevated as high as 2. 96-fold compared to the control group( P 0. 05). The cell viability of BGC-823 cells with IGFBP-3 knockdown was significantly higher than that of the wild type( P 0. 05) only at high Res concentration( 160 μmol·L- 1). Meanwhile,IGFBP-3 knockdown led to a significant decrease on cell apoptotic rate by Res( 160 μmol·L- 1) [( 20. 13 ± 9. 12) % vs( 35. 48 ± 11. 12) %,P 0. 05) ]. Conclusion Res can inhibit BGC-823 cell proliferation and promote cell apoptosis,the underlying mechanism of which may be related to the overexpression of IGFBP-3 in BGC-823 cells.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic standard of fine needle aspiration cytology( FNAC) for breast masses,to study the reasons of false diagnosis and to improve its methodology. Methods The results of 361 cases of breast masses by FNAC were analyzed in our hospital,and their cytological and histopathological diagnoses were compared.The difference of the malignant tumor and the benign lesion of breast masses in the clinical palpation,sense of puncture and morphological characteristics were compared. Results By histopathological comparison,86 cases of FNAC were diagnozed as malignant,and 175 cases as benign; there ware 28 mis-diagnosed cases. The total accuracy rate and the total mis- diagnosis rate of FNAC for breast masses were 92. 8% and 7. 2%,respectively. The difference between the malignant tumor and the benign lesion in the clinical palpation,sense of puncture and morphological characteristics was significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The accuracy rate of FNAC diagnosis for breast masses has special value for pathologists to diagnose the malignant tumor. To relay the morphological characteristics mainly,combined with the clinical palpation and sense of puncture will facilitate the differential diagnosis.
In electronic speckle pattern interferometry experiment,object beam and reference beam are always plane light.We propose a new method for in-plan displacement measurement by application of vortex beams in double-optical-path electronic speckle pattern interferometry.The method is based on the combination of traditional electronic speckle interferometry techniques and liquid crystal spatial light modulators.The vortex beams are generated by liquid crystal spatial light modulator,and the interference pattern of object beam and reference beam is captured by a CCD camera.We analyze two cases:vortex beam as reference light and plane beam as object light,where object light and reference light are both vortex beams.The interference intensity is calculated,and the interference fringe patterns are simulated before and after the object is deformed.The characteristics of fringe patterns are obtained.By four-step phase shifting method,the corresponding phase-maps are calculated.By unwrapping,we obtain the threedimensional distribution of the in-plane displacement deformed phase.The simulation results are compared and validated with those obtained using Fourier transform method in electronic speckle pattern interferometry experiment system.The numerical simulation results support that this paper provides a new method for in-plane displacement measurement.

Some comprehensive techniques are also mentioned, such as the setting of the late pouring band, insulation, maintenance and construction measures of concrete to ensure construction quality.
Described is the technology research status of the multi cross roll high-precise pipe straightening machine in China,which is mainly reflected in such aspects as the improvement of straightening process,addition of straightening procedure,new-style arrangement of rolls and optimization of equipment structure. As for the high-precise straightening technology there are some differences between researchers in the roll design of a straightening machine and some systematic theoretic study is still insufficient on the high-precise straightening technology. Therefore it is recommended that CAD/CAM mode is used for the study of the high-precise straightening technology.
