The relationship between government and state-owned investment company is an important issue which is worth researching in the course of development of state-owned investment company. By analysing the example of JiuShi corp. Shanghai, the development of the relation of principle-agent can be divided into three periods. The relationship changes into non-symmetry information from symmetry information and the risk shifts to state-owned investment company from government. The model also proposes relevant suggestions to the relationship of principle-agent.
This article analyzes the reasons of the continuous raising of higher education in China, and also analyzes that the group who are to enter higher education will expect the higher expected profit from it than from other investment, which will lead to the raising of higher education in China, for they believe in the theory of getting the highest profit with the same investment. The income and the construction of consumption of the group who are to enter higher education will change , which has some influence on the higher education in China.
In recent years,with the accelerating process of urbanization and the increasing of facilities,the collection and compensation of rural collective land have been inevitable.Land requisition is related to the conflict and balance of interests between the state and individual.If the land compensation system is unfair,unreasonable and non-standard,land requisition not only will cause the loss of wealth,but also may intensify the contradiction.Therefore,how to further improve our expropriation and compensation system of rural collective land under the current legal system is a major problem,we need urgently to solve.So,the current system of collective land expropriation has many defects,this article focuses on analyzing the requirements,procedures and compensation system of our collective land expropriation through researching on the relevant laws and regulations of China.Especially,in terms of the basic concept of improving collective land expropriation,the author puts forward his own views of the feasibility ideas on the scope of public interest,expecting to build and improve our collective land expropriation system.
