As the first stage of comparative literature, the French school has made great contributions. But for a long time, the academic mostly focused on the influencing study and the empirical method. In fact,in the theoretical system of the French school,in addition to the empirical research,non-empirical research also has been discussed. And since the middle of the twentieth century, the theory of American school shows more non-empirical characteristics. After entering the new century, although both influence research and empirical research often be questioned,it is no doubt that empirical research is not out of date. And the correct direction for the development of comparative literature is the combination of empirical study and non-empirical study.
The writer uses the methods of additional DC detecting leakage protection, designing a module leakage atresia protection based on MSP430F249 controller for electric control equipment. This paper introduces the theory and structure of the leakage blocking protection, hardware and software design. Test results show that the leakage protection module, greatly improved the security of the underground, has a high reliability and strong practicability.
As VOZ gene is highly related with evolution and development in plants, the prediction andcharacterization of a VOZ gene in the stress-tolerant desert mossSyntrichia caninerviswill help reveal its evolutionaryhistory. Furthermore, it may also serve as a stress resistant gene for further molecular analysis. The VOZ-domain is aconserved functional DNA-binding domain in VOZ transcription factors. The HMM profile constructed based onmultiple sequence alignment of VOZ-domain could be used for novel VOZ gene prediction and identification. Based onthe transcriptome ofSyntrichia caninervisand the HMM profile constructed from the VOZ genes inA. thaliana,P. patensandO. sativa, a novel VOZ transcription factor was identified inSyntrichia caninervisand named asScVOZ1 with NCBI/EBI accession number HG764415, the mRNA sequence length 1 495 bp and containing completeVOZ-domain. Bioinformatics analysis showed that ScVOZ1 is provided with the function of transcription regulation andthe potential of nuclear localization. Multiple sequence alignment, phylogenetic and conserved motif analysis showedScVOZ1 has the highest similarity with PpVOZ1/2 inP. patensand AtVOZ1 inA. thaliana, this study laid foundationfor further functional and phylogenetic study of this evolution and development important gene.
In the present situation of new works appearing more and more, groups of dom stic interior designers are inquiring into the problem of Chinese Style coincidently without prior consultation. There are metaphysics thinking, and practical atempts.and such discussion and practice also include the efforts and contribution by designers from Taiwan and abroard. By introducing 8 designers who are working in China and their works, this article tries to classify and compare them, with the aim that it might reflect the present working situation generally and those, whose works are called Made in China.
Abies chensiensis is listed as a national third-class endangered wildlife species. It is one of the evergreen coniferous trees that are distributed primarily in Qinling Mountain across a range of elevations extending from 1350 m to 2500 m. Using the current geographic distribution records of A. chensiensis in Qinling Mountains and 20 factors, including 14 climate factors,3 soil factors and 3 topographic factors, the potential geographic distribution of A. chensiensis in Qinling Mountains was assessed by Max Ent model and Arc GIS spatial analysis. Results showed that the major factors impacting the suitable distribution area of A. chensiensis included 6 climate factors( annual mean temperature, annual extreme highest temperature, average temperature in January,≥0 ℃ accumulated temperature, aridity index and annual sunshine duration),1 soil factor( soil p H) and 1 terrain factor( elevation). The most suitable and suitable areas of A. chensiensis in Qinling Mountains were 19498.87 and 32219.61 km2,respectively,and were mainly concentrated in southeastern Gansu, central and southern Shaanxi, northeastern Sichuan, northwestern Hubei and northwestern Henan. With complex terrain, there were lots of secondary vegetations in these areas. The marginally suitable and unsuitable areas of A. chensiensis were 51874. 76 and106307.97 km2,respectively. This study showed that the maximum entropy model and Arc GIS spatial analysis could be used to regionalize the potential geographic distribution of A. chensiensis, providing information for the resource conservation and management of A. chensiensis.
Objective To identify and classify the volatile components in 5 kinds of edible vegetable oils(soybean oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, olive oil, and grape seed oil) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) technology. Methods The solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) technology had been used to extract volatile components in those edible vegetable oils, and the volatile components in 5 kinds of edible vegetable oils were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results The total of 101 volatile compounds were detected in 5 edible vegetable oils, with soybean oil 11, peanut oil 28, sesame oil 65, olive oil 25, and grape seed oil 5, respectively. The volatile compounds were mainly aldehydes, ester, alcohols, heterocyclic, phenols and acids. The major components were pentanal, hexanal and hexanoic acid in soybean oil, hexanal, 2,5-dimethyl pyrazine and benzofuran, 2,3-dihydro- in peanut oil,2-furancarboxaldehyde, 5-methyl-, 2-formylpyrrole,2-furanmethanol, phenol, 2-methoxy-, pyrazine, methyl-,and pyrazine, 2-ethyl-6-methyl- in sesame oil,3-hexen-1-ol,(Z)- and 4-hexen-1-ol, acetate in olive oil, and hexanal in grape seed oil. Conclusion The volatile composition and content are greatly different in 5 edible vegetable oils, which can provide reference to the adulteration of edible vegetable oil.
