Objective To analyze the manifestation of MRI of IVCT so that to improve the diagnostic level of intraspinal canal.Methods The clinical data of 37 cases of such patient were analyzed in pathology after operation retrospectiv ely and other tumors were compared.Results There were ependgmoma 3 cases,astroma 2 cases,hemangioblastomal case,schwannoma 14 cases,neurofibvoma 6 cases,meningiona 3 cases,lipoma 1 case,and metastasis tumor 7 cases.The accuvacy location was in 35 cases and accuracy quality was in 30 cases.Conclusion MRI might have high accuracy in location and quality to diagnose IVCT and it should be first choice to obtain diagnosis.
