Short Cut Bedugul is a short road construction project on the Singaraja-Denpasar route. The short cut development includes the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system (SMK3). The 5-6 point short cut project includes the grade of a large project and places great importance on work safety. Field conditions with high rainfall make the area prone to landslides that can endanger workers, as well as environmental temperatures that reach 20oC which can affect work productivity. The objectives of this study are: To analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) on the Short Cut project point 5-6 Bedugul. To find out the amount of costs incurred in implementing K3 on the Short Cut point 5-6 Bedugul project. To analyze the percentage of safety and health costs (K3) to the short cut project value point 5-6 Bedugul. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. and a quantitative descriptive of the construction of the Singaraja City Boundary Road - Mengwi (Short Cut Bedugul point 5–6) the use of K3 such as the use of safety helmets, light vests, masks, gloves, and safety belts is in accordance with the law and is very disciplined and obedient to existing regulations. set. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan khusus: (i) menemukan pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas merek (ii) menemukan pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas merek (iii) menemukan pengaruh brand image dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas merek dan (iv) Menemukan peran kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi antara brand image terhadap brand loyalty. Tujuan umum yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan kinerja hotel untuk mendapatkan loyalitas cunsomer melalui loyalitas terhadap merek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang tinggal pertama kalinya. Ada 170 sampel yang digunakan, dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dan online yang dikelola sendiri. Ada 14 indikator yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (ii) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek, (iii) brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek dan (iv) brand brand loyalty kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas merek.
This research is in the background of the phenomenon of employee turnover or high labour turnover in tourism sector especially employees at Harper Hotel Kuta. The research aims to analyse and prove the impact of financial compensation, workload and the working environment on turnover intention. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The technique of sample used is with nonprobability sampling technique, namely by sampling saturated. Number of respondents used 65 employees Harper Hotel Kuta. Analysis of multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 23. Acquired regression equation: Y = 30.664-0, 466X1 + 0, 600X2 – 0, 232X3. The results of this study show that; First, financial compensation negatively affects the turnover intention employees of Harper Hotel Kuta. Secondly, the workload has a positive effect on the turnover of intention employees at Harper Hotel Kuta. Third, the work environment negatively affects the turnover intention employees of Harper Hotel Kuta. Fourth, the magnitude of influence donated by financial compensation, the workload and the working environment of the turnover intention employees of Harper Hotel Kuta is 52.3%. Some of the suggestions that can be conveyed from this study include; Empower employee cooperatives to support the welfare of employees, see the suitability of job description and job spesification, conduct routine maintenance of tools and machines and ensure the safety of employees in doing work.
Tujuan: Untuk mengembangkan kebijakan transportasi yang lebih komprehensif di Bali, penelitian ini perlu dilakukan.
Metode Penelitian: Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survei berbasis kuesioner.
Temuan: Perjalanan distribusi internal menunjukkan produksi perjalanan tertinggi dari Denpasar dan Kuta, sekitar 24,93% dan 11,75%, sedangkan atraksi perjalanan terbesar juga ke Denpasar dan Kuta, yaitu 13,76% dan 16,73% dari total jumlah perjalanan orang per hari. Distribusi perjalanan eksternal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar orang yang keluar masuk Bali melalui Bandara Ngurah Rai dan Pelabuhan Gilimanuk. Pemilihan modal menunjukkan bahwa yang paling banyak digunakan adalah sepeda motor 85,40%, mobil 10,27%, truk 3,60% dan angkutan umum 0,73%. Perkiraan generasi perjalanan dan daya tarik memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan 5,812% / tahun.
Implikasi: Perlu diantisipasi untuk mengembangkan moda alternatif baru berdasarkan teknologi dari Denpasar ke semua kabupaten, seperti Kereta / LRT / ART dan transportasi feri, yang disepakati oleh 83,56% dan 89,33% dari orang-orang.
Abstract The indicators of park user satisfaction were in the form of a decrease in workload, a decrease muscle energy usage, increased ease of parking, increased parking convenience and increased parking productivity. An intervention basement used by parking arrangement-based motorcycle ergonomics. Measurements were made before and after repair. Washing out and adaption (WOA) each were conducted for 7 days consisting of one day WO and 6 days of adaptation. Data were analysed descriptively, tested for normality (shapirowilk) and homogeneity (Levene Test). Normally distributed data and is not homogeneous, different test with Friedman Test, different test between periods used the Wilcoxon test. Data were analysed with a significance level of 5 percent. The results showed that the parking space angle 600 a decrease in workload at 27.58 percent (p is less than 0.05), a decrease in muscle energy usage at 30.97 percent (p is less than 0.05), an increase in the ease of parking at 105.80 percent (p is less than 0.05), an increase in the parking convenience at 74.63 percent (p is less than 0.05) and an increase in parking productivity at 166.67 percent (p is less than 0.05).
This research is an observation conducted on the health aspects of the work of carving artists, especially ergo-mechanical implementation to reduce subjective complaints. Ergo-mechanical is a set of equipment to maintain working environment conditions to remain within the required limits, so that the carving artist remains in a safe and comfortable condition. This study begins with direct observation of the process of carving handicrafts in several centers of carving crafts in Badung, Tabanan and Gianyar Districts. In accordance with the Bali State Polytechnic research master plan, problem solving will focus on human aspects and the use of appropriate technology. This research method is experimental with the design of the same subject, involving 9 samples that carried out activities before and after treatment. Data on environmental conditions, fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints are processed with statistics at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that with ergo-mechanical implementation and ergonomic work stations, occupational health indicators such as musculoskeletal disorders and fatigue showed better data, characterized by decreased musculoskeletal disorders and reduced fatigue.
Meningkatnya kesadaran umat hindu, khususnya masyarakat desa Tegallalang untuk melakukan persembahyangan di pura- pura, sehingga jumlah memedek juga meningkat terutama pada saat piodalan, hal ini juga terjadi di Pura Desa Lan Puseh Desa Tegallalang . Peningkatan ini menyebabkan kenyamanan pada saat persembahyangan berkurang karena halaman /area mandala utama tidak begitu luas. Hal ini sudah lama menjadi pemikiran panitia pembangunan Pura Desa Lan Puseh Tegallalang . Oleh sebab itu, untuk menciptakan rasa kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam melakukan persembahyangan pada hari hari tertentu seperti hari piodalan, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya untuk menciptakan rasa kenyamanan dalam melakukan persembahyangan, khususnya di Pura Desa Lan Puseh kecamatanTegallalang, kabupaten Gianyar, Bali . Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kenyamanan pemendek maka dilakukan penataan lingkungan pura., bahan proposal dalam mengajukan bantuan kepada pihak yang terkait dengan pembangunan pura. Metode kegaiatan pengabdian melalui kegiatan pengukuran, inventirasisasi terhadap prasarana pura dan duwe pura, membuat rencana anggaran biaya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah gambar hasil pengukuran, pemberian nama pada setiap pelinggih, dan melakukan inventarisasi terhadap duwe pura. Untuk itu panitia bendesa adat pembangunan pura meminta Tim Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Politeknik Negeri Bali untuk merencanakan pemetaan Pura
The initial stages of construction implementation begin with planning, implementation, and operation. From each stage of the project must be with a green or environmentally friendly concept. Eco-friendly planning in residential buildings starts from the use of building materials, energy-efficient design concepts, and economical development costs. In addition, the construction of houses must also pay attention to health, such as ventilation, garbage disposal, and the provision of green environments for plants. The costs analyzed in this study refer to environmentally friendly concepts that can be applied to the construction of residential houses. Residential buildings in urban areas generally have narrow land, so that the 1st floor building built is with an area of 36 m2, 45 m2, or 60 m2. The object of research in this case is building housing built by developers in general. As for the results of field observations, that environmentally friendly concepts that can be used are land arrangement, energy saving, healthy homes, and the use of environmentally friendly materials. Design modifications from existing conditions are the addition of loster, glassblock, the use of red brick, mild steel, and modification of water taps.
Program Iptek Bagi Masyarakat (IbM) bagi kelompok tani di Desa Batunya Baturiti Tabanan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas tanah olahan sehingga didapatkan produktivitas yang setinggi-tingginya. Kualitas tanah olahan dikatakan baik bilamana agregat atau butir-butir tanah terdiri dari butiran kecil yang memungkinkan terjadinya sirkulasi oksigen ketika tanah ditanami, sedangkan kuantitas tanah olahan adalah jumlah tanah dalam meter persegi yang mampu diolah tiap satuan waktu. Dengan kualitas tanah olahan yang baik petani akan mampu menanam bibit lebih banyak jika dibantingkan jika tanah olahan terdiri dari bongkahan-bongkahan kasar tidak merata. Pisau bajak atau yang lebih umum disebut singkal memegang peranan penting ketika proses pengolahan tanah akan dilakukan. Pisau bajak yang selama ini dipakai oleh warga kelompok tani adalah pisau bajak existing yang memiliki kelemahan pada bentuk mata pisau yang tidak bisa dibelokkan atau dibuat membentuk sudut, sehingga tidak mampu menjangkau tanah yang berada di pinggir pematang. Kira-kira 1 meter di sepanjang pematang tanah garapan tidak bisa dikerjakan karena alasan teknis, yaitu terhalang oleh roda traktor. Tanah-tanah tersebut, ditambah tanah di setiap sudut petak ladang terpaksa harus dikerjakan dengan tenaga tani upahan yang tentunya memerlukan biaya tambahan. Dengan mempertimbangkan adanya kemungkinan untuk upaya perbaikan, anggota kelompok tani Kembang Sari Batunya Bedugul sepakat berkolaborasi dengan para akademisi Politeknik Negeri Bali untuk mendapatkan solusi. Ada tiga desain yang ditawarkan kepada kelompok tani Kembang Sari, Desa Batunya Kecamatan Baturiti Tabanan Bali. Pertama, pisau bajak dengan empat mata pisau. Desain ini mengadopsi model pisau bajak yang dipakai oleh petani di Negara Inggris. Kinerja pisau bajak empat mata cukup baik, namun kurang disukai oleh petani karena agak berat dan tidak mampu menghalau sampah. Pisau bajak bermata dua juga memberi harapan cerah karena mampu meningkatkan produktivitas hampir 12%, namun sebagaimana juga pisau bajak bermata empat, pisau bajak ini memiliki kelemahan pada desain yang kurang fleksibel serta relatif berat. Mempertimbangkan kelemahan kedua desain di atas, pilihan kemudian jatuh pada desain yang ketiga, yaitu sebuah pisau bajak multi fungsi yang ergonomis. Multi fungsi karena posisi pisau dapat diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Ergonomis karena ukurannya memakai antropometri petani. Produktivitas kerja meningkat cukup signifikan saat pisau bajak jenis ini diaplikasikan pada tanah lahan kering.
Abstract Artists spend their working time in the workplace so a design is needed to address their needs. The workplaces need to be economic, ergonomic, energy‐efficient, and environmentally friendly based on the current trends. This study focused on all of these aspects while choosing the subjects for conducting the experiment. A total of 10 test subjects were involved in this study. Data related to environmental conditions were analyzed by the Mann–Whitney test and those related to workloads and musculoskeletal disorders were tested by two‐paired sample t test. The cardiovascular load and cardiovascular strain (CVS) data were tested by the Wilcoxon signed‐rank test for a 5% significance level. The results showed that using a natural posture while working can improve health quality. Occupational health indicators, such as workloads, cardiovascular load, and CVSs, musculoskeletal disorders, visual complaints, and concentration showed an improvement characterized by decreased workloads, cardiovascular load and CVS, musculoskeletal disorders, visual complaints, and increased concentration.
