CoSaMP algorithm of compressed sensing based on wavelet tree model

Due to network bandwidth limitation and energy consumption of sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks(WSN),people usually want to reconstruct the original signal from little data in practical application.Compressed sensing(CS) theory has provided a solution for the problem above.Using CS theory,this paper launched the application research on sensed data in WSN.Aiming at the problem of more measurements and lower reconstruction accuracy in traditional CoSaMP algorithm,exploiting the structure characteristic of connected wavelet tree formed by the wavelet coefficients of signal,this paper proposed CoSaMP algorithm based on wavelet tree model.Applied the proposed algorithm to simulation experiments of CS on sensed data in WSN,and compared with the CS performance of traditional CoSaMP algorithm.Comparison results show that the proposed algorithm has a better performance of CS on sensed data in WSN within a certain range.

Wavelet Transform Threshold Noise Reduction Methods in the Oil Pipeline Leakage Monitoring and Positioning System

This paper investigates the wavelet transform and the principle and method of the noise reduction based on wavelet transform, chooses the threshold noise reduction, and discusses detailed the principles, features and design steps of the threshold method. Rigrsure, heursure, sqtwolog and minimaxi 4 kinds of threshold selection methods are compared qualitatively and quantitatively. The wavelet analysis toolbox of MatLAB helps to realize the computer simulation of the signal noise reduction. The graphics and calculated standard deviation of the various threshold noise reductions show that, when dealing with the actual pressure signal of the oil pipeline leakage, sqtwolog threshold selection method can effectively remove the noise. Aimed to the pressure signal of the oil pipeline leakage, the best choice is the wavelet threshold noise reduction with sqtwolog threshold. The leakage point is closet to the actual position, with the relative error of less than 1%.

Gait Recognition Bases on the Compressed Sensing

Nowadays, there are two primary problems in the gait recognition which are the complexity of modeling and the high-dimension of feature extraction. In the light of these two problems, we propose a method that we use the CS (compressed sensing (CS) Theory to extract the gait features on the basis of researching the CS theory. Based on the sparsity of the gait images, we use the projection matrix to extract the gait features to reduce the dimension of gait feature vector. Using the database provided by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation as testing data, we confirm the optimal dimension of the feature vectors through experiments. The performances of experiments show the effectiveness of the algorithm we proposed.

Continuous Target Tracking Algorithm in Aerial Wireless Sensor Network

In three-dimensional space, the traditional algorithm of virtual force applies to continuous target tracking process is prone to problems of distraction and shorter time in keeping tracking of the target.Aiming at solving these problems, this paper proposed a suitable three-dimensional space deployment algorithm apply to continuous target tracking.The virtual force in this algorithm is combined with the inter-node force, obstacle repulsion, attractions generated by monitored-path and tracking target.It can make the nodes cover the target paths even and sustained.Performance of simulations show that, this algorithm obtains obvious improvement in continuous target tracking compared to the traditional virtual force.

Time series prediction method based on Convolutional Autoencoder and LSTM

Many time series data are characterized by strong randomness and high noise.The traditional predictive model is difficult to extract the characteristics of the data, and the prediction effect is not very good. Convolutional neural networks and autoencoder have a good effect on extracting data features. Combining these two techniques, a predictive model of a combination of convolutional autoencoder(CAE) and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is proposed to predict time-series data with high noise. First, a one-dimensional convolution is used in the encoding and decoding network of the autoEncoder to extract data features and then use Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) to predict. The experimental results show that the prediction error of convolutional autoEncoder-Long Short Term Memory (CAE and LSTM) model is significantly lower than other models.

A METHOD OF CALLING MATLAB IN LABVIEW

LabVIEW language and MATLAB language are the most popular software on engineering,and they have specialties respectively.This paper introduces a method of calling MATLAB applications in LabVIEW by MATLAB Script node and matters needing attention.In this way,both softwares can be complement each other.The examples applied in the leak-detecting system of transporting-oil pipe prove that the method can be completed effectively.The method provides a powerful tool for design intellectual virtual instrument with powerful functions.

System identification based on orthogonal polynomial regression analysis method

y way of orthogonal polynomial regression to fitting step response curve, the type and order of the controlled object are identified through the ratios of time corresponds to three specific points on the curve; relations between 2∼8-order same volume object step response curve inflection point coordinate, the time-constant and the order n are given. For same volume object, the time-constant can be obtained by making the fitted curve's second derivative to zero. For first-order with Pure lag time link, s-shape step response curve but will be expressed by first-order with Pure lag time link and higher-order non-same volume object, proposes the method to make the linear fitting with the orthogonal polynomial regression to get the time-constant. Simulation test shows, the method is simple, fast and accurate to identify the two types objects.
