Efficient CsPbBr3 perovskite films and the low-temperature fabrication of electron transport layers (ETLs) are crucial for the commercial viability of CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells (PSCs). We present a vapor-assisted solution technique that produces high-quality CsPbBr3 perovskite films without annealing. Doping ZnO with trivalent metals such as yttrium (Y), antimony (Sb), and iron (Fe) improves the electrical properties and energy alignment with CsPbBr3. Our experiments show that Sb doping enhances charge extraction and reduces interface carrier recombination to achieve a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.55% in the inorganic CsPbBr3 PSCs. The optimized device maintains over 90% of its original PCE after 90 days under 65% relative humidity and 65 °C. Additionally, flexible CsPbBr3 PSCs with an Sb-ZnO ETL achieve a record 6.06% efficiency with remarkable mechanical durability to retain 91.8% of initial PCE after 1000 bending cycles at a 3 mm curvature radius.

Very high energy gamma-ray emission beyond 10 TeV from GRB 221009A

The highest energy gamma-rays from gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) have important implications for their radiation mechanism. Here we report for the first time the detection of gamma-rays up to 13 TeV from the brightest GRB 221009A by the Large High Altitude Air-shower Observatory (LHAASO). The LHAASO-KM2A detector registered more than 140 gamma-rays with energies above 3 TeV during 230$-$900s after the trigger. The intrinsic energy spectrum of gamma-rays can be described by a power-law after correcting for extragalactic background light (EBL) absorption. Such a hard spectrum challenges the synchrotron self-Compton (SSC) scenario of relativistic electrons for the afterglow emission above several TeV. Observations of gamma-rays up to 13 TeV from a source with a measured redshift of z=0.151 hints more transparency in intergalactic space than previously expected. Alternatively, one may invoke new physics such as Lorentz Invariance Violation (LIV) or an axion origin of very high energy (VHE) signals.

A Novel Posture Recognition Based on Time Series Supervised Learning Algorithm

Falling from bed during the process of getting out of bed is a serious accident for disabled and elderly patients. It's crucial to accurately predict the intention to get out of bed. However, simply relying on the change of pressure or posture may cause misprediction. In this paper, we propose a novel posture recognition method based on time series analysis and supervised learning algorithm. Firstly, we depict the relationship of posture, pressure and the intention to get out of bed through the preliminary experiment. Secondly, we analyze the pressure changes in continuous time and identify the process of leaving bed by means of comparing the target time series. To reduce the misjudgment of behavior caused by differences in individual behavior time, dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm is utilized to improve the traditional Euclidean distance calculation method. Thirdly, we compare the accuracy of four different supervised learning arithmetics on posture recognition. Nonlinear SVM achieved the best recognition of 96.8%. Finally, we combine the results of time series analysis and the classification results of supervised learning algorithms to predict the intention to get out of bed. The experimental result shows that our proposed method can accurately predict the intention to get out of bed.

This paper concerns the electrochemical atom-by-atom growth of VA-VIA compound semiconductor thin film superlattice structures using electrochemical atomic layer epitaxy. The combination of the Bi2Te3 and Sb2Te3 programs and Bi2Te3/Sb2Te3 thin film superlattice with 18 periods, where each period involved 21 cycles of Bi2Te3 followed by 21 cycles of Sb2Te3, is reported here. According to the angular distance between the satellite and the Bragg peak, a period of 23 nm for the superlattice was indicated from the X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrum. An overall composition of Bi0.25Sb0.16Te0.58, suggesting the 2:3 stoichiometric ratio of total content of Bi and Sb to Te, as expected for the format of the Bi2Te3/Sb2Te3 compound, was further verified by energy dispersive X-ray quantitative analysis. Both field-emission scanning electron microscopy and XRD data indicated the deposit grows by a complex mechanism involving some 3D nucleation and growth in parallel with underpotential deposition. The optical band gap of the deposited superlattice film was determined as 0.15 eV by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and depicts an allowed direct type of transition. Raman spectrum observation with annealed and unannealed superlattice sample showed that the LIF mode has presented, suggesting a perfect AB/CB bonding in the superlattice interface.

Fabrication of TiO<sub>2</sub> Nanotubes Array by Anodization for DSSC

TiO 2 nanotubes array was fabricated by anodization. Effect of reaction duration on the morphology of TiO2 nanotube arrays was studied detailedly. The structure and morphology of the prepared nanotubes array was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The fabricated TiO2 arrays were peeled off and adhered to FTO glass with adhesive (mixture of tetrabutyl titanate and polyethylene glycol), then they were sintered at 450 for photoanode of DSSC. The photovoltaic performance of the prepared sample as the DSSC anode was investigated. An open circuit voltage of 0.69V and a short circuit current density of 7.78mA/cm2 were obtained, and the fill factor and the convert efficiency were 0.517 and 2.78%, respectively.
