This study was investigated in order to improve the performance of thermoelectric cooling device using thermoelectric effect. They were made for a package to bring cooling and effective performance in service use. An unit was manufactured by using ABS for package, and the thermoelements were inserted between aluminum plate, and cooling block and durability and cooling performance of he thermoelements were improved by epoxy molding threading to ABS unit. As a result, it was found that the package assembly method had durable and excellent characteristics even with elevation of cooling performance compared with a general assembly method.
In this thesis, the current status of multilingual emergency disaster information in Korea and Japan is examined for ways that foreigners residing in Korea can more accurately understand ‘emergency disaster information’ in a situation of disaster that needs to be responded to urgently. In the case of Korea, the scope of multilingual support services and information delivery media has been expanded based on the multilingual support measures established and implemented at the Government level so far, and there have been tangible results ranging from local governments and private sector activities. However, the type and degree of services provided differ by each institution and local government, and the focus was mainly on marriage immigrants and foreign workers. Therefore, international students, foreign nationals, refugees, seasonal workers who are shortterm residents, tourists, etc. still can’t get information in case of a disaster. So, the problem of blind spots needs to be solved. In contrast, in the case of Japan, they are preparing a plan to provide the disaster safety information in a timely manner to protect them, not only for foreign migrants and workers, but also for all foreign residents including international students and tourists. For the purpose, a system that can effectively deliver information to foreigners is being established by utilizing “Foreigner support information coordinator in the event of a disaster” and establishing a “Disaster Multilingual Support Center.” In the future, with reference to Japan's disaster information provision policy, etc., it seems that measures should be prepared to protect them by expanding the scope of policy targets, so that any foreigner residing in Korea, regardless of the purpose of their stay or institution, can obtain the disaster safety information without being alienated. In addition, the establishment of a multilingual service support institution should be promoted to integrate and systematize multilingual disaster safety information produced and distributed separately through a conservative approach in each case of a major disaster so far.
현재 무선단말기 보급의 확대와 시간과 공간의 제약을 뛰어넘는 장점으로 무선 인터넷 환경이 급속도로 발전하고 있다. 그러나, 본 논문의 연구 분야인 모바일 지리정보 시스템(Mobile Geographic Information System)에서 무선인터넷을 통하여 실시간 지리 정보를 얻기 위해 사용자의 무선단말기와 서버 사이에 빈번한 데이터 송수신이 이뤄져야 하며 데이터의 빠른 변화를 수용해야 한다. 그러나, 아직 현저히 낮은 대역폭을 가진 채널을 통해 통신하며, 비싼 이용 요금과 오류로 인한 자발적 또한 비자발적 연결 끊김 현상 등은 서비스 제공에 한계를 가진다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이동 컴퓨팅 환경의 연구를 통해 연결 끊김 현상에서도 클라이언트의 지속적인 서비스 운영을 위한 비연결 연산으로 의미론적 캐시 기법과 캐시 교체 전략에 대해 알아보며, 본 논문에서는 Layer와 Region을 고려한 의미론적 캐싱 기법을 제안하여 무선 환경에서 동적인 지도서비스를 위한 기법을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 아직 많은 한계를 지닌 무선인터넷 환경에서 지리정보뿐 아니라 위치기반의 다양한 서비스 분야에 응용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.
