A kind of trail pheromone analogue (( Z,Z ) dodeca 3,6 dien 1 ol,DDE—OH) of the black winged subterranean termite, Odontotermes formosanus Sharaki was synthesized. Active concentrations (10 -3 -10 ng/cm) of this pheromone elicited similar behavior in worker termites as natural pheromone extract. There was no significant difference between the response of workers to synthetic and natural pheremones ( P 0 05). When the concentration of synthetic analogue was higher than 10 ng/cm it had some repellent effect on termite individuals.
Rubber Elongation Factor, a major protein in the latex of rubber trees, is one of the most important enzymes in rubber biosynthesis. The cDNA of rubber elongation factor gene was cloned by the method of RT PCR and sequenced. The REF cDNA coding region consists of 414 bp encoding 138 amino acids with a 3′ non coding region of 112bp. Both the nucleotide sequences and the amino acid sequences of the coding region have 100% homology with the REF cDNA sequences reported by Goyvaerts E et al. The nucleotide sequence of the 3′ non coding region have 98% homology with the latter. Then, the 5′ end sequence of the promoter region of this gene with the length of 260bp has also been isolated by the method of chromosome walking. The sequence includes typical TATA box and CAAT box. The expression of the Rubber Elongation Factor gene in the latex and in the leaf has been detected by Northern blot. The preliminary results show the Rubber Elongation Factor expresses principally in latex.
A combined grating structure is proposed to improve light absorption over the spectrum range 300-900 nm. The absorption enhancement comes from front dielectric grating and the interaction between the front dielectric and back metal gratings.
Magnetic reconnection is a fundamental process in plasma,which is thought to play important roles both in laboratory and natural plasmas through affecting magnetic topology,heating and accelerating particles. During an event on Oct. 1st,2001,the Cluster tetrahedron circled around the magnetic reconnection region several times,and Xiao et al. first identified the null pair and found that the spectrum of the null-point oscillation shows the maximum power near the lower-hybrid frequency. In this paper we report the observation of electromagnetic and electrostatic wave enhancements near lower hybrid frequency associated with the reconnection process near the null pair. The lower hybrid waves(LHWs) with quasi-perpendicular propagation were identified and also confirmed by the power law of the spectrum of electric and magnetic fields.
Based on the vector diffraction theory, the vector description of the far field diffraction at a plane aperture is derived, the comparison between the vector theory and the scalar theory is made, and the error and applicability of scalar diffraction theory is presented. The vector diffraction theory is suitable for the analysis of the diffraction of a small aperture at a large angle. As an example, the circular aperture diffraction is discussed in detail.
Detailed analysis and expounding are made on three layer structures of Kant′s moral philosophy, namely, popular moral philosophy, moral metaphysics and practice ration criticism. It is pointed out that based on the moral awareness of the common people, Kant abstracts the principle of moral metaphysics and derives three forms of expression, gradually leads moral awareness to the self legislation of free will, enables the action of the main body to have dignity of personality, stimulate moral sentiment of respect, and finally establish the sovereign position of the free will in the moral behavior of the mankind during practice ration criticism. While carding Kant′s moral philosophy, critical analysis and evaluation are made on the moral resources in the traditional culture of China, considering that the dialog and interflow between the East and West in the moral field should be strengthened in order to absorb moral concepts worth being used as reference.

Atom lithography with chromium can be utilized to fabricate a pitch standard, which is directly traceable to the wavelength of the laser standing waves. The result of a calibrated commercial AFM measurement demonstrates that the pitch standard is (212.8±0.1) nm with a peak-to-valley-height (PTVH) better than 20 nm. The measurement results show the high period accuracy of traceability with the standing laser wavelength (λ/2 = 212.78 nm). The Cr nano-grating covers a 1000 μm×500 μm area, with a PTVH better than 10 nm. The feature width broadening of the Cr nanostructure has been experimentally observed along the direction of the standing waves. The PTVH along the Gaussian laser direction is similar to a Gaussian distribution. Highly uniform periodic nanostructures with a big area at the millimeter scale, and the surface growth uniformity of the Cr nano-grating, show its great potential in the application of a traceable pitch standard at trans-scales.
In recent years,much attention has been paid to the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage. Authenticity,as a keyword of intangible cultural heritage’s protection and the field of modern tourism,has become the core problem. The theory of constructivism authenticity which emphasizes both authenticity of tourist experience and toured objects is more likely to underpin the tourism exploitation of intangible cultural heritage. Based on the analysis of this theory,this paper makes a further study on the authenticity of tourism exploitation of intangible cultural heritage,establishes the related mold,and then,focuses on a living example,waving dance of Tujia minority,studies its application in practice.
